Our Kelman Rosé is made in the French style from hand-picked Kelman Vineyard Shiraz grapes crushed and sent straight through to fermentation vats with no skin contact. 

Colour: Pale salmon pink.

Nose: Offers aromas of fresh strawberries and clotted cream, interwoven with a subtle hint of fresh picked sage, adding a delicate savoury nuance.

Palate: Fine and elegantly composed, leading off with more strawberries and cream.  Ripe white nectarines emerge through the mid palate, finishing with a refreshing ruby grapefruit edge

Food Pairings: Grilled or roasted vegetables such as ratatouille, salads with fruit, smoked salmon, grilled tuna, cheeses and charcuterie, prawns and a picnic blanket, tapas.

Best served chilled and is drinking well now.
