Blanc de Blancs 2023

Made in the traditional method, our 2023 Blanc de Blancs has a beautiful fine bead with a light honey gold colour. From the first bubble burst there is a creamy texture with faint toast characteristics.

Pairs well with:
Savoury – seafood, delicate white fish, chicken, spicy light pasta, salmon and dill roulades
Sweet – pavlova, berries, panna cotta, Danish pastries
