Our 2023 Shiraz is a classic medium bodied Hunter Shiraz with an intense mulberry colour. It has a generous red fruit nose, and a palate of spiced plums, pepper and berries. Time in oak has softened the fruit tannins making it enjoyable to drink now, or with medium term cellaring further body will develop.
