Made in the traditional method, this late disgorged 100% Chardonnay has spent close to five years on lees to produce an extremely complex wine of distinction. Time has added additional flavours of grilled nuts and toasty characteristics, enhancing the citrus fruits from the early picked fruit. A fine bead and creamy and textured palate add drive and length to this special wine. Ideal for any special occasion or try with oysters!
The previous bottling of this wine, released two years ago, was given 91 points by Halliday and earned Bronze and Silver medals.
